Refund, Returns and Warranty Policies:30 days Money Back Guarantee applies to all products sold on this site. Items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions;
1. All return items must have a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number issued by our Customer Service Representative at 510-249-9055 for RMA request.
2. The RMA is valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
3. Defective items may be returned for refund within 30 days or replacement within 5 years subject to the following restrictions:
a. All products returned for credit must be returned in original condition including a copy of the original invoice, packaging, documentation, manuals, registration cards and accessories.
b. Shipping charge is not refundable.
c. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
d. Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of at least 30%.
RMA Shipping InformationThe RMA number must be prominently displayed ON THE SHIPPING LABEL ONLY. Products should be returned to PTI Global Inc. freight pre-paid. If the product is returned for credit, it must be returned in the original boxes and packing materials with sales invoice. Shipments not meeting all the above conditions are subject to refusal and/or the imposition of handling charges by PTI Global Inc.. (International customer will be responsible for round-trip freight for RMA.)
PTI Global Inc. will return repaired or replacement items to the purchaser at PTI Global Inc.’s cost, provided that the products were originally purchased from PTI Global Inc., products are still under warranty, and products are confirmed to be defective.
Warranty PolicyThis limited warranty is extended only to purchaser whose name is shown on the invoice. Subject to the following conditions, should a product proved to be defective by reason of improper workmanship or material under normal use and service conditions within 60 months from PTI Global Inc.’s sales invoice date PTI Global Inc. repair or, at its sole option, replace the product without charge for parts or labor. This limited warranty does not cover printing, labels, cases or covers; or if the product is damaged by accident, improper installation, misuse, lightening, fire, water, or other acts of nature; or if the product is altered or repaired by anyone other than PTI Global Inc. or a PTI Global Inc. authorized warranty station; or if the serial number is removed or tampered by anyone other than PTI Global Inc.. This warranty does not cover products purchased through auctions, both on-line and off-line. Sale of discounted merchandise are final and PTI Global Inc. will not provide refund or exchange.
Please check the contents of all packages received with the items on the invoice to ensure the shipment is complete. If the package is not complete, please contact us immediately. PTI Global Inc. is not responsible for the missing parts/accessories if they are not claimed within 90 days of the purchase.
All repaired/replaced items have a three-month warranty starting from the date when the repaired/replaced items are shipped out from PTI Global Inc..
SHOULD PTI Global Inc.’s PRODUCTS PROVE DEFECTIVE, PURCHASER’S SOLE REMEDY SHALL BE SUCH REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. IN NO EVENT SHALL PTI Global Inc. BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, REVENUES, OR ANTICIPATORY PROFIT , OR FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SALE, USE, OPERATION, OR CONNECTED WITH THE SALE, USE, OPERATION, OR INABILITY TO USE OF PRODUCTS SOLD.
EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS PARAGRAPH, PTI Global Inc.MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCTS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
CONSUMERS RESPONSIBILITIESIf warranty service should be required, it is necessary that the consumers assume certain responsibilities:
Contact the Customer Service Department of the reseller selling the product, or any retail outlet authorized by PTI Global Inc. to sell the product for assistance. You may also contact PTI Global Inc.directly at the address provided.
When requesting service and/or parts under warranty, please deliver the unit to the retailer selling the product, an authorized service center, or PTI Global Inc. with a statement of the problem. Please also provide proof of purchase with purchasing date.
Shipping and/or insurance costs are the consumer’s responsibility. Units shipped for service should be packed securely. For international customers, including Canada, please note that all other charges in addition to Shipping and insurance, such as brokerage (custom) fees are also consumer's responsibility.
EXCLUSIONSThis warranty does not apply to units whose trade name, trademark, and/or ID numbers have been altered, defaced, exchanged removed, or to failures and/or damages that may occur as a result of:
Neglect, abuse, abnormal strain, modification or exposure to temperature or humidity not covered by the product specification.
Improper repair or maintenance by any person who is not a service representative of a retail outlet authorized by PTI Global Inc. to sell the product, an authorized service center, or an authorized service representative of PTI Global Inc..
This warranty is applicable only to units sold on this site or by retailers authorized by PTI Global Inc. to sell these products in the U.S.A., the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and Canada. This warranty is not applicable in other possessions or territories of the U.S.A. or in any other country. Please be aware that should you decide to have this product repaired outside of the United States, repair service might be limited, repair time may be lengthy (due to intercontinental parts supply) and repair cost will need to be paid by you when service is received.
